- French Baguette
- Flank Steak
- Brie Cheese
- Arugula
- Yellow Onion

Directions
- Heavily season flank steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill flank steak close to the heat source for 5-6 minutes on each side. Set to the side to let rest.
- Slice brie into thin slices.
- Slice yellow onion into half-moon slivers.
- Cook onion over medium high heat, stirring every 5 minutes until onion slivers become golden brown.
- Cut baguette sandwich style but keep hinged.
- Slice flank steak on a bias into thin slices.
- Layer baguette with flank steak, caramelized onion, and brie slices.
- Bake in oven at 450 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until brie is bubbling.
- Top with arugula and close the top of the baguette.
- Cut into small sandwiches.
